Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of Subscription

If you no longer want to use our services and want to stop the subscription you may simply login into your account and cancel the subscription.

If you have an active subscription and you terminate your subscription there will be no refund issued for the remaining time period of the subscription.

You cannot transfer the subscription from one account to another.

Each subscription is valid for only one organisation identified by IEC number / GST number or combination of both.
